How to care for handmade textured wall art
Simple care for sculpted, textured wall art: how to dust it, what to avoid, and what to do if a piece arrives damaged.

Textured pieces are sealed when they're finished, so they don't need much looking after. The main thing is to keep dust off the relief without getting it wet. This is the care we write on our own listings.
Dusting
- Dust lightly with a soft feather duster or a dry microfibre cloth.
- Work with the texture, not against it — let the duster follow the ridges.
What to avoid
- Wet wipes, damp cloths and liquid cleaners — never spray anything onto the surface.
- Direct moisture — walls that get damp and steamy rooms such as bathrooms.
Gold and metallic detailing
Pieces with gold leaf, gold foil or metallic accents are sealed along with the rest of the surface. Dust them the same way, and don't polish the gold.
If a piece arrives damaged
Tell us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos, and we'll repair it. Because every piece is made to order, we repair rather than return or replace.
