Our story

A small studio,
an honest material

embossed.atelier began at a kitchen table — with a board, a palette knife, and the simple wish to make something you'd want to touch.

We work in texture because flat art has never quite been enough — light moving across a raised surface changes a room through the day.

Today it's still a one-pair-of-hands studio — every piece sculpted, cured and finished by the same person who answers your messages.

Because each piece is built up by hand and made to order, no two are ever the same. Small variations aren't flaws — they're the fingerprint of something real.

How a piece is made

  1. 01

    The panel

Each piece starts on a bare MDF board, cut and sanded to size.

  2. 02

    The relief

Clay and putty are built up in layers by hand — the slow part, and the soul of the piece.

  3. 03

    The finish

Gesso seals the texture; acrylic and varnish bring the colour and protect it for years.

Bhawana, the maker behind embossed.atelier

Meet the maker

Hi, I'm Bhawana

embossed.atelier is a small, one-pair-of-hands studio. Every piece is sculpted, painted and finished by hand in Hisar, Haryana — slowly, with care, the way handmade things should be.

When you order, you're talking to the same person who makes your piece and packs it for your door. No middlemen, no factory — just a maker and your wall. That's a promise.

Beyond the studio, Bhawana also takes on design work — Figma, posters & branding. Work with her →
