Shipping & delivery

• We ship across India.
• Delivery is charged separately. The charge depends on your location and the piece, and we confirm it on WhatsApp before you pay, so there is nothing new to pay at dispatch.
• Each piece is made to order: usually 3–7 days to sculpt, cure and finish, or 8–12 days for a large piece. We confirm the exact timeline for your order on WhatsApp.
• Once shipped, we share tracking and updates with you. Delivery usually takes about 2–5 days, depending on your location.

Damaged in transit

We pack every piece with great care. In the rare case your order arrives damaged, tell us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos, and we’ll repair it. Damage reported after 24 hours can’t be covered.

Returns & exchanges

Because every piece is handmade and made to order (and often personalised with your name or colours), we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or replacements on them. Slight variations in colour and texture are a natural part of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Cancellations

• You may cancel an order within 24 hours of confirming it, as long as we haven’t started crafting it.
• Once making has begun, an order cannot be cancelled — especially personalised pieces, which are made only for you.

Refunds

On orders from the collection, refunds are issued only in the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your order. Where applicable, refunds are made to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Timeline

• Sample panel: 2–3 days.
• Full piece: 8–10 days from your approval of the sample panel.
• Delivery: 2–5 days.
• Roughly two to three weeks end to end. These timings apply to commissions only — they are not the making time for pieces from the collection.

Payment stages

Commissions are paid in three stages, all confirmed in writing before any work begins:

• 15% to book your slot and begin the sample panel.
• 35% on your approval of the sample panel. Work on the full piece begins only after this approval.
• 50% before dispatch — after you have seen the finished piece in a complete video and photo set. Dispatch follows as soon as this payment clears.

Delivery & crating

• Packing and crating are included in the quoted price; delivery is charged separately and agreed in writing before work begins.
• The delivery charge depends on the piece’s size and your location, which is why it is agreed before work begins rather than at dispatch.
• Wherever possible, a commission is delivered personally by our team rather than by courier.

Before it is packed

We share progress photos and videos while the piece is being made, and a complete video and photo set of the finished piece before it is packed — so nothing is a surprise on arrival.

Our sample-stage assurance

If the sample panel isn’t right, don’t approve it: 90% of your booking amount is refunded. The remaining 10% covers material already consumed on your panel.

Cancellations

• You may cancel any time before you approve the sample panel — the same terms apply: 90% of the booking amount refunded.
• Once the full piece has begun, a commission cannot be cancelled. Approving the sample is the moment the full piece is committed — which is why the sample stage comes first.

After delivery

A commission is never returned or replaced once delivered. If a couriered piece arrives damaged, tell us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos, and we’ll repair it.

Handmade variation

The composition, colours, proportions and frame will match the design you approved. The exact placement of every ridge and layer carries its own character — a commission is sculpted by hand, not reproduced pixel-for-pixel from a reference image.
