Shipping & Returns

Every piece is handmade and made to order. Here’s how shipping, returns and cancellations work.

Shipping & delivery

• We ship across India.
• Delivery is included — the price shown covers delivery across India. No hidden costs.
• As each piece is made to order, please allow a few days for us to sculpt, cure and finish it before dispatch. We confirm the exact timeline for your order on WhatsApp.
• Once shipped, we share tracking/updates with you. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days depending on your location.

Damaged in transit

We pack every piece with great care. In the rare case your order arrives damaged, please share clear photos with us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement at no extra cost.

Returns & exchanges

Because our pieces are handmade and made to order (and often personalised with your name or colours), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Slight variations in colour and texture are a natural part of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of confirming it, as long as we haven’t started crafting it.
• Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled — especially personalised pieces, which are made only for you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your order. Where applicable, refunds are made to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
