A design, in writing
The design, size, price and timeline, confirmed in writing. 15% books it. - 03
Sample panel
A small panel in the real texture and colours, in about 2–3 working days, shown to you on a video call and in photos. - 04
Your approval
The full piece begins only once you approve it. Not right? 90% of the booking is refunded. - 05
Sculpted by hand
Built up in layers in about 8–10 working days, with progress photos and videos. - 06
Final photos
A full photo and video set of the finished piece, before it's packed. - 07
Packed and crated
Packing and crating are included in the quoted price. - 08
Delivered
Charged separately and agreed in writing; usually 2–5 working days in transit.
For delivery before Bhai Dooj (11 Nov), confirm a commission by Tue 13 Oct; before Gurpurab (24 Nov), by Mon 26 Oct.
Pricing
Quoted for your piece, fixed in writing
Every wall is different, so every commission is priced for its own. Once the figure is agreed in writing, it doesn't change.
Priced by finished size, depth of relief, finish and frame.
Ordering from outside India? International commissions are quoted individually. Packing and crating are included; shipping and destination-related charges are calculated separately and confirmed in writing before work begins. International orders

Before the sample panel
Confirms the design in writing and starts your sample panel. On the ₹20,000 piece: ₹3,000 - 35%
When you approve the sample
After you've seen the sample panel
The full piece begins, with progress photos as it takes shape. On the ₹20,000 piece: ₹7,000 - 50%
Before dispatch
After you've seen it finished
You see the finished piece in photos and video; dispatch moves once the balance clears. On the ₹20,000 piece: ₹10,000
If the sample isn't right
Don't approve it, or cancel any time before approving it: 90% of your booking amount is refunded — ₹2,700 of the ₹3,000 in the example. The 10% kept covers material already used. Once work on the full piece has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. Full detail in Shipping & Returns.
