Our collection is made to fixed sizes. A commission is something else: a large piece designed around your wall, your light and your colours, then sculpted from scratch by hand. You approve a real sample of the texture before the full piece begins, and you see the finished work on a video call before it's packed.
How it works
Seven steps, first message to your wall

Share your wall
Send us photos of the wall, its dimensions, your room colours and any references you like. The more we can see, the closer the first proposal lands.

We propose a design
We come back with a design made for that wall — composition, scale, palette and finish, considered against your room's light.
- 03
Written confirmation
Before any work begins you get it all in writing: the design, exact size, finish, frame, price, payment stages and timeline. Nothing starts on a verbal understanding.
- 04
Sample panel
We sculpt a small panel in the agreed texture and colours so you can see and approve the real material — not a render — before the full piece begins.
- 05
We sculpt, and you watch it happen
The full piece is built up layer by layer, and we send progress photos as it goes. No silence for two weeks.
- 06
Video call before packing
We take you through the finished piece on a call, in daylight, from every angle — before it's packed. Nothing should be a surprise on arrival.
- 07
Personal delivery
Wherever possible we bring it to you ourselves rather than handing it to a courier. Large pieces are crated in wood for the journey.
Timeline
About two weeks, end to end
These timings apply to commissions only. Our ready-made collection is quicker — a few days to craft, then 3–7 days to reach you.

Our assurance
A 90% refund if it isn't what we agreed
If the sample panel or the finished piece doesn't match what we put in writing, you're entitled to a 90% refund. It applies up to the video call stage, before the piece is dispatched. The remaining 10% covers material already consumed.
- Cancel any time before you approve the sample panel, with the same 90% refund.
- Once the full piece has begun, a commission can't be cancelled.
- Payment runs in three stages — 15% to book and begin the sample, 35% on sample approval, 50% before dispatch.
- Above 4ft, packing, wooden crating and transport are quoted separately and agreed in writing before work starts.

Pricing
Quoted for your piece, fixed in writing
Every commission is priced individually — there's no standard rate, because no two walls ask for the same thing. What we look at:
- The finished size, and how it sits on your wall
- Depth and density of the relief — how much sculpting it takes
- Finish, colours and the frame
- Packing, crating and transport for larger pieces
Send us your wall and we'll come back with a figure. Once it's agreed in writing, it doesn't change.
About reference images
Bring references — we'll be honest about them
References help enormously, and we welcome them. What you'll get is a piece in that spirit, made for your wall: the composition, colours, proportions and frame will match the design you approve. The exact placement of every ridge and layer carries its own character — this is sculpted by hand, not printed. If you want something copied exactly, we'll tell you before you pay rather than after.
