- How do I place an order?
- Browse the collection (or describe a custom idea) and message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. We confirm the design, price and timeline, and take it from there.
- How do I pay, and is it safe?
- Once your order is confirmed, we send you the price in writing. A small advance begins your made-to-order piece, and the balance is settled before dispatch. You can pay by UPI or a payment link, and you'll get a confirmation for every payment.
- How long does an order take?
- Each piece is handmade and made to order, so allow a few days for us to sculpt, cure and finish it. We confirm the exact timeline for your order, and delivery typically takes 3–7 days after dispatch.
- Do you ship across India? Are there delivery charges?
- Yes, we ship across India, and delivery is included in the price — no hidden charges. We share tracking once your order is dispatched.
- Can I get a custom name plate or custom colours?
- Absolutely — name plates are fully personalised with your name, colours and motifs. Most pieces can be made in custom colours or sizes too. Just tell us when you message.
- Are the pieces really handmade?
- Yes. Every piece is sculpted, painted and finished by hand by one maker. Small variations in colour and texture are natural and unique to your piece — part of the craft, not defects.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
- We pack every piece with great care. In the rare case it arrives damaged, send us clear photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a repair or replacement at no extra cost.
- Do you accept returns?
- Because pieces are handmade and made to order (often personalised), we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. We share photos of your finished piece before dispatch so you know exactly what's coming.
