International orders
Handcrafted in India. Made to travel.
Every piece is sculpted by hand in our studio in Hisar, Haryana. International enquiries welcome. Prices on the site are for India; for anywhere else, message us the piece and where it's going, and we send a written quotation with packing and shipping before anything is paid.

Packing
Packed for the journey
A relief piece has depth and edges, so an international parcel is planned around the piece, not a standard box.
- Every piece is inspected before it is packed.
- The finished piece is photographed before dispatch, and you see the photos first.
- Extra protective layers go around the piece for a longer journey, with the corners and edges protected.
- Larger pieces may need reinforced packaging or a wooden crate, depending on size and destination.
- Packed dimensions are part of the shipping calculation, which is why packing is planned before you're quoted.
Delivery
Customs, duties and timing
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage or local handling charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and, unless otherwise agreed in writing, are the responsibility of the recipient.
International delivery timelines vary by destination and shipping method and are confirmed in your quotation.
Aftercare
Returns and damage
Because our pieces are handmade to order and may be personalised, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. For an order shipped abroad, return shipping is complex and expensive, so any exception is governed by your written quotation and order terms. Transit damage is handled separately, as below.
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the artwork, the packaging, the shipping label and the damaged area. We'll review the damage and work with you on the appropriate resolution under the applicable order terms.
