By using embossedatelier.in and ordering from embossed.atelier, you agree to the following terms.

About us

embossed.atelier is a small studio creating handmade, made-to-order 3D textured wall art and personalised name plates in India. It is an independent brand operated under Vamora Ventures, the parent venture responsible for the business behind the studio.

Orders

• Orders are placed by messaging us on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or email. Browsing the website is not a checkout — it’s a catalogue.
• An order is confirmed once we’ve agreed the details (design, colours, size, price and delivery) and you approve it.

Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
• For pieces from the collection, delivery across India is charged separately: the charge depends on your location and the piece, and is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
• Custom commissions are quoted individually, as price varies with size, design and detail. Packing and crating are included in the quoted price; delivery is charged separately and agreed in writing before work begins.
• Personalised name plates at our standard sizes are part of the collection and follow its pricing.

Handmade & made to order

Every piece is sculpted by hand, so small variations in colour, texture and finish are natural and unique to your piece — they are part of the craft, not defects. Production begins after your order is confirmed; we share timelines per order.

On a custom commission, the composition, colours, proportions and frame will match the design you approved in writing. The exact placement of each ridge and layer carries its own character, and is not a pixel-for-pixel copy of a reference image.

Cancellations, shipping & returns

These differ by order type, and each is set out in full in our Shipping & Returns policy:

• Pieces from the collection — delivery charged by location and piece, confirmed before payment; cancellation within 24 hours of confirming, if crafting hasn’t started; no returns, exchanges or replacements; damage reported within 24 hours of delivery is repaired; refund only if we are unable to fulfil the order.
• Custom commissions — three-stage payment (15% / 35% / 50%) against a written confirmation; an approved sample panel before the full piece begins; cancellation any time before sample approval with 90% of the booking amount refunded; full payment before dispatch; packing included in the quote, delivery charged separately.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, and content on this website belong to embossed.atelier and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Liability

We take great care with every order. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
