Video Editor
You'll turn the studio's raw footage into Reels, short videos and posts: pieces being sculpted, the texture up close, the finished work on a wall. The aim is videos people watch to the end and save.

What you'll do
- Edit Reels, Shorts and longer videos from raw phone footage of pieces being made.
- Design posts and carousels for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Add captions, music and on-screen text that fit the brand: quiet, warm and specific.
- Plan shoots with the team: what to film at each stage of a piece.
- Keep footage and finished edits organised, so anyone can find them.
- Deliver edits on schedule, and try new formats based on what performs.
Who can apply
Editors with at least a year of experience and a portfolio of Reels or videos they've edited.
Good to have, not required:
- You edit in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
- You can design in Canva, Photoshop or Figma.
- You've edited content for a brand or a creator before.
- You have an eye for light, texture and pace.
